Bespoke Shoes

Initial order requires a 30% deposit. All remaining balances are expected to be paid at the final fitting. 

Pre-made Shoes

If we are required to order footwear direct from the manufacturer a 50% deposit will be required.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment.

The Shoemaking Process.

The art of shoe making can vary slightly from customer to customer but we do like to have a basic structure so that you can follow our progress.

The 1st Appointment - After the initial interest and the discussion of price and a time frame we take a measurement of your feet, this will be as exact as possible as this is the measurement from which the shoes will be created from.  The materials, colour and style of the shoe are also discussed at this stage.
A deposit is expected at the end of the 1st appointment.

First Fitting. After 3-8 weeks.

By this stage your personal lasts will have been made up to the measurements taken at the 1st appointment.  The upper will also have been created to prepare for a first check on styling  and fit.  Another payment can be made at this stage if desired.

Second Fitting - A further 1-4 weeks.

Uppers without sole are heel are checked for size and style. 

Final Fitting - A further 1-4 weeks.

The completed shoe is checked thoroughly and any minor stylistic adjustments are made.
