Originally established in Carrickfergus in 1952 as a shoe repair shop, Robinsons evolved through the next five decades to become a maker of quality bespoke shoes, a retailer of finest English pre-made footwear (Loake, Barker etc)  whilst still offering a high quality shoe repair service.

At Robinsons today we strive to incorporate old fashioned values of service and quality with the latest in modern technology of an informative up-to-date internet website.

The town motto of Carrickfergus "Gloria Prisca Novateur" (The Glory of the old made new) would appear to have been created with Robinsons Shoemakers in mind.
