Whether you are buying a bespoke shoe or a pre-made one it is essential that the product fits the foot as neatly as possible in every way.  Poor fitting footwear can lead to many ailments, for example hammer toe, hallux valgus and  poor circulation in the legs etc.  Whilst proper fitted quality footwear not only reduces the risk of such ailments but may in fact help to correct them even after damage has been done.
